   • So basically when the Britannian Empire attacked Japan Nunnaly was murdered by Britannian soldier
   • Lelouch was devastated want to die with her but Suzaku saved him and gave him a new person to latch onto
   • Suzaku and Lelouch are eventually found by the Japanese army and are taken to the Prime Minister
   • who actually isn’t a huge dick and doesn’t try to murder 10 year old Lelouch. Therefore Suzaku never murders him
   • Instead he adopts Lelouch as his son and has the boys trained for war. Lelouch is mostly a strategist but is trained in combat
   • However the dynamic between Lelouch and Suzaku is very interesting here because while they are brothers Lelouch is looked down on by the Japanese
   • Suzaku loves Lelouch and always defends him but it causes friction in their relationship
   • Lelouch also serves Suzaku instead of the other way around which is interesting. He is completely devoted to Suzaku
   • Japan and Britannia have been at war with each other for 8 years. Lelouch runs a spy network that includes Kallen
   • Clovis killed Mao when he was just a child and C.C. witnessed it. She has hated him ever since and refuses to give him Geass
