   Summary

   A new student at Hogwarts gets sorted into Slytherin, stumbles through the curriculum, and somehow survives the Keeper trials ... barely. Along the way, she finds herself under the reluctant mentorship of an ex-Auror professor whose patience for teaching is as sharp as his tongue. What starts as a chaotic school year spirals into something far bigger, because of course it does.
   This story finishes the school year and proceeds to boldly go where no Hogwarts student has been before.
