owGraham comes out as trans and soon after, through a series of unfortunate and somewhat bloody events, ends up across from Dr. Hannibal Lecter, who is tasked by the court with the teen's psychological treatment.Will knows he's playing a very dangerous game right now. While he's confident that he's figured out his prey, the prey in question is also a dangerous predator in his own right. His tactic of playing mostly clueless has a good chance of succeeding, but there's still a small risk of his perpetual provocations backfiring spectacularly. He has no doubt that the resulting fallout would be very bloody.
Perhaps he should feel alarmed that the very real danger makes the situation only that much more enticing and exciting for him.
Will is an excellent fisherman, but he is also trying to lure a shark. Give the line too much slack and the beast will escape. Pull too hard or too early and risk losing a limb to sharp teeth.
