   After the events of the first trial, Damon swears he will never trust anyone again.

   But when the trauma and lack of self-care causes him to fall ill and act as though he's fine, maybe the best way to get him some help is to pass out on a guy's floor.

   AKA. Damon gets sick and 'accidentally' falls (literally) right into the care of one Kai Monteago.
