Chapter 1: Alastor's clone???

Chapter Text

It had started off as a normal day at the hotel, Charlie excitedly running group exercises, Niffty maniacally running around chasing bugs, Husk starting the day off with a good old beer. It had all seemed very typical until the resident overlord entered the building happily chatting with his own mini me. Besides the man with a sinister smile stood a much shorter copy of him. Causally chatting about how nice Rosie had been at their brunch a young girl no older than 19 smiled impossibly wide up at her presumed father with two sharp fangs contrasting heavily against her darkly painted maroon lips.

Atop her head sat a small pair of antlers much more noticeable than the deer demon besides her without deer ears and dark red hair to hide them, instead she donned a long blonde ponytail reaching down to her waist at which point the light hair turned to a blood red followed by a small strip of black at the ends. Two pointed ears with a multitude of piercings sat on the side of her head only being blocked slightly by short multitonal strands of hair on either side of her face. Her skin was a bit lighter than Alastor's and took on a more natural tone in contrast to her bright red and yellow eyes that seemed to glow in the dim light of the hotel. The final physical similarity between the two was the soft fur covering the girls body as small tufts could be seen sticking up at her shoulders and chest only eccentarated by the small white spots that snuck their way from her back and over her shoulders.

However despite all the similarities between the pair there was still some stark differences mainly being the large pair of wings that rested behind the girls back. They were truly a sight to behold as the blood red feathers peaked over her shoulders at the arch of her wings before turning to a much lighter cream colour on the insides. Gently a long black tail swished behind her scraping the floor much more obvious than the content wag of Alastors own concealed tail.

As the duo walked further into the hotel's lobby all other chatter around them stopping causing them to slowly turn around as they noticed the sudden silence. "Cat got your tongues?" Alastor asked with a wide smile as he held a questioning glare at the wide eyed trio at the bar.

"You, you've got a clone?" Angel Dusk asked dumbly an air of disbelief in his stuttering sentence.

Alastor chuckled as the demon beside him smiled wider "Of course not my friend. This is my daughter Alithea."

All three of the sinners looked over with wide eyes and mouths agape, the resemblance was more than clear and the deduction easy to make but this was THE Radio Demon they were talking about. Surely he hadn't settled down and had a kid? The theory was about as likely as Vox changing careers to become the literature overlord.

"It's a pleasure to meet you all." The girl said curtly giving a small nod towards the group. The similarities between her and her father were clear as the girls mannerisms perfectly reflected the man's next to her aswell as the sharp toothed grin that followed the bow of her head.

Before the bartender could even open his mouth to speak he was interrupted by a loud squeal from Charlie as she entered the room before barrling into the winged girl. The princess held her close as she practically crushed the much shorter girl in her arms, her wings fluttering weakly beneath her as she timidly hugged her back with the little movement her arms had under the tight hold. After what must have felt like an eternity trapped in the bone crushing hug Alithea was finally set free as Charlie held her at arms length as she started to ramble. "Ali! How come you never told me you were visiting? I would've put something together to welcome you to the hotel. Ooo are you staying the night?"

Smiling more naturally at the blonde Alithea calmly replied. "Well Dad told me you could use a hand so I thought I'd visit for the weekend and see what you need help with. Besides you know I couldn't resist seeing my favourite Princess' dream in person, plus bragging rights for being here before him."

Alastor walked more towards the bar as the girls continued to excitedly converse, Husk naturally fetching him a drink as he began to speak. "I thought you said yesterday that Charlie was doing great on her own, how come you're suddenly saying she needs help?"

Taking a sip of his rye the overlord hummed "I haven't said such a thing at all." The bartender gave him an unamused look as he mumbled out a disbelieving 'Sure' under his breath not understanding the man's ability to lie so casually only moments hearing evidence proving him untrue.

The two conginued with their drinks the two men sit in silence while the two girls chatted away happily in the background until Charlie loudly exclaimed she would take the girl on a tour as Alithea threw a 'goodbye Pa' over her shoulder. The silence once again resumed for all of twenty seconds before Angel Dust leaned in to Alastor and let out a long "soooooo" as Husk sighed. "Who's the lucky gal?"

Alastor simply looked at him with furrowed brows before questioning "The lucky what now?"

"He's asking who's ya wife?" Husk grumbled at the ridiculous pair.

The overlord chuckled at the question before shaking his head "Ha no. That is not my style as one might put it." He denied easily as Angels grin grew impossibly wider.

"Oh so you're more of a one night stand kinda guy? Well you know I'm always only a few floors away if you ever down for some fun." The spider offered with a wink, flirtatiousness in full swing until the little cyclops ran past with needle in hand chasing a bug that ran under the sinners chair.

After watching the demon attempting to move out of Niffty's way Alastor finally responded. "I'm afraid that's going to have to be a no, though it is a kind offer I don't exactly make a habit of laying with those who I don't have a bond with. Besides I am not unfaiful."

Angel turned back to him after being sure he was safe from Niffty's bug attacks, when one was an arachnid you could never be too sure around her. "So you do got a girlfriend then?"

"No." Alastor replied plainly as if it was oh so obvious. "Now if you'll please excuse me I'd like to go find my daughter." And with that he simply disappeared into shadows leaving the other two men sitting confusedly at the bar.
