   Summary

   A village is not its structure or the philosophy of it, but the people living inside. So a time traveling Obito decided if Konoha doesn’t want the Uchiha why not transport them all to Ame. The Akatsuki already has the Uzumaki and the Senju ( Zetsu ) in their group. So why not accomplish his old dream of becoming Hokage by creating a better Konoha 2.0.
