Summary:

Sung Hyunjae had a smug look on his face as Han Yoojin stared speechlessly at himself in the mirror. He could see it in the reflection as the S-ranker towered behind him, chest bare and sleeping pants slung distractingly low on hips that really belonged on a marble statue or some other similar piece of art.

“You—you—” Han Yoojin spluttered. His face was slowly going red as he stared at the assortment of marks that spread across his neck and throat, scattering down his naked body all the way to his—

Or, the morning after their first time, Sung Hyunjae leaves some evidence that Han Yoojin is his.

Work Text:

Sung Hyunjae had a smug look on his face as Han Yoojin stared speechlessly at himself in the mirror. He could see it in the reflection as the S-ranker towered behind him, chest bare and sleeping pants slung distractingly low on hips that really belonged on a marble statue or some other similar piece of art.

“You—you—” Han Yoojin spluttered. His face was slowly going red as he stared at the assortment of marks that spread across his neck and throat, scattering down his naked body all the way to his—

He flushed even harder, though not nearly hard enough to hide the redness left behind the night before by Hyunjae’s mouth and his fingers and his teeth.

“Yes?” Sung Hyunjae said mildly. One hand came to rest possessively on Han Yoojin’s bare hip, big and warm as the fingers splayed out to touch every bit of Han Yoojin they possibly could. “What about me?”

“I look like I’ve been mauled by a beast!” Han Yoojin finally got out.

“Hmm,” Sung Hyunjae murmured. His other hand spread itself open on Han Yoojin’s stomach, pulling him back until Yoojin could feel Hyunjae against him from head to toe. “Well, you are supposed to be the monster tamer.”

Han Yoojin’s eyes narrowed. Even gentle and satisfied as he was right now, Sung Hyunjae could never be considered tame—not with that look in his eye and the iron strength of his body as it pressed against Yoojin’s.

It was—an interesting challenge to consider, to say the least.

“How am I supposed to go out in public?” Han Yoojin demanded to distract himself from that very dangerous thought. No matter how high the collar of the shirt he wore, some of those marks would be visible. There would be no question in anyone’s mind exactly what he’d been up to last night.

Somehow, he got the feeling that was the point, and he glared at Sung Hyunjae in the mirror.

Sung Hyunjae smiled and pressed his lips to the dip between Han Yoojin’s shoulder and neck, gentle, with no hint of teeth, and Yoojin shivered, heat spiralling through him like the sun. “Would you like a healing potion?” Hyunjae offered solicitously.

Han Yoojin hesitated. A healing potion would certainly take care of the problem, leaving his skin looking unblemished and unmarked. It would take away the faint hint of teeth below the hinge of his jaw, and the line of love bites along the arch of his collarbones.

It would leave him looking like Sung Hyunjae hadn’t touched him at all last night—like Sung Hyunjae hadn’t touched him, ever. Something about that idea gave him pause, and he had a feeling that Sung Hyunjae knew it.

“...no,” Han Yoojin finally gritted out, and in the mirror before him, Sung Hyunjae’s eyes gleamed. “Just—leave them.”

Sung Hyunjae straightened a bit to rest his chin on Yoojin’s head. There was a look on his face that was—somehow content. “If you insist,” he said, and Yoojin sighed, but—

Well, he felt somehow content, too.
