Chapter Text
Katsuki Bakugou, the most outstanding Clothing and Textiles students at the Boū High-school, had been scouted and awarded a full ride scholarship to the Yuuei High-school of Art and Design.
It was an amazing opportunity for him seeing as students who attended Yuuei usually went on to be incredible successful fashion designers, artists, directors and so much more.
The school had so much to offer that Boū couldn't, from it's highly experienced and famous teachers, to their off-campus workshops, mandatory internships with an agency of your choice.
It was a dream come true.
But as Bakugou Katsuki sat in principal Nezu's office, the very founder of Yueei, he couldn't help but feel out of place.
The man's outfit is simple yet stylish. He wears a well-fitted, dark gray blazer over a soft black shirt. His pants are and made of a light wool fabric. His shoes are clean and polished, a classic black leather pair.
"So, do you have any questions?" Principal Nezu questions, handing the pen to Mitsuki Bakugou, Katsuki's mother to sign the consent and consultation form.
A million.
But he shakes his head no, blonde hair swaying as he does.
"You're not much of a talker, huh?"
Way to read the room Sherlock.
He opens his mouth to respond but thankfully, his mother beats him to it.
"He'll begin to speak up when he's more comfortable. I made mention of that in his file." She responds, simultaneously scanning through the form before her.
Katsuki's mother didn't really like sharing the fact of his social anxiety unless it was absolutely necessary.
Sure, starting a new school could be considered a necessary and completely deserving situation for that information to be shared, but his mom didn't.
And Katsuki wasn't sure if that was because of the fact that it was embarrassing for her to have a fifteen year old son that struggled to say anything but mean phrases to get people off his back, or if it was because she wanted him to have a clean slate. One where he wouldn't be defined by his disorder.
It had taken a lot of convincing from the principal of Boū, for both Katsuki and Mitsuki to even consider the possibility of Katsuki attending Yueei.
But alas, the opportunity was just too great for them to pass up. Katsuki had dreams of being a fashion designer and coming to Yueei just seemed like a step in the right direction.
"-suki?" His mother's voice pulls him from his train of thought.
"Hm?" He hums. He did that a lot.
"Did you hear that? You're starting Monday!" Mitsuki squeals, handing the pen and now signed form back to Principal Nezu.
"Welcome to The Yueei High School of Art and Design." Principal Nezu gleams, extending an arm for Katsuki to take.
And he did, a slight smile on his lips.
He was Yueei's newest student.
