After a long day of school Lizzy and doll left together, normally they planned on staying longer for the after school activities but Lizzy has noticed doll didn't seem really into it so she changed her mind and took doll to her place, so they could hangout and talk,

The door slides open with a soft hiss, Lizzy and doll step in the room as it shuts behind them, “I'm guessing extra credit doesn't matter to you?” Lizzy asked as she put her phone on the charger, doll nodded silently, Lizzy watched her for the corner of her eye, she had noticed dol was quieter then normal, it made Lizzy wonder what was up despite acting like she didn't care, she sat down on her bed as doll joined her, the bed shift softly under their weight, “alright girl, what's up?” Lizzy sighed, looking over at doll, doll looked back at her as they made eye contact, “what?” Doll murmured, “doll, I know I may not have been the best friend you need, you deserve, but that doesn't mean I don't notice your moods and that I don't care” Lizzy carefully placed her hand on Doll's knee, not all the way just because she didn't want to make her uncomfortable, doll stared back at her, “fine, I'll tell you” doll mumbled, “I don't know what's wrong with me and I'm..scared” she admitted, staring down at the soft carpet, “why??” Lizzy gently asked, doll went silent before continuing “I inherited a virus from my mother.” She glances at Lizzy for approval to continue, which seeing no rejection, “and.. It scares me.. it makes me do things I don't like.. and I feel like I'm losing myself in it”
Her hands tremble, nervous with how Lizzy will respond, not daring to look at her, “doll look at me” Lizzy spoke, doll sighed and looked back at Lizzy, to find her looking concerned and understanding, “you know you don't have to go home, you can stay in my room, I'll make space for you to sleep in the same bed as me” taking doll's hands in hers, her thumb rubbing Dolls hand gently, the gesture comforting, “virus or not doll, you're my friend, and I will be there this time,”
Doll smiled a little, “that sounds nice”
