Summary
Jayce almost chokes on his tea when Viktor makes the request. Thankfully, the tea isn’t hot enough to burn. Viktor reassuringly pats his back, giving him a moment to collect himself.
“Can you repeat yourself?” Jayce asks, once he’s recovered enough to speak.
Viktor’s gone red in the face and instead tries to show what he wants with a gesture. He ends up burying his face in his hands, feeling something akin to shame rise in the pit of his stomach. Is this a request too far?
“Hey now, none of that.” Jayce gently takes hold of his wrists, pulling Viktor’s hands off of his face.
This would normally be a sweet and reassuring gesture, but all he can think about is how big Jayce’s hands are. The thought is nearly enough to make him lightheaded.Series
