"You don't want to be hung over for his big day right? That Wouldn't Look good on you as the best man?" There is a knowing tone in her voice, and Jayce has to look away.
His eyes land back on Viktor, where his gaze had been focused before she found him. Jayce had found a quiet corner away from their friends to drink and take a break. When he agreed to be best man he didn't think it'd be this difficult.
Viktor is smiling and laughing. His arm looped through his fiance's, leaning more on him instead of his cane. The sight makes Jayce's stomach turn over. They are sweet together and there is nothing Jayce can ever find fault with the guy.
