   Summary

   No matter how many times Ganyu loses her, Keqing always comes back again and again before inevitably leaving her alone once more, taking a part of Ganyu’s heart with her each time until there’s nothing left for her to give away.

   Every century, when Ganyu meets her for the first and nth time, she can’t help but selfishly wonder if this curse could be a blessing in disguise, and she feels awful for even entertaining the thought. How could it be anything but a curse when all of Keqing’s reincarnations always die so young? But then again, how could losing Keqing temporarily be worse than losing her forever?
