   Summary

   Aaron Minyard didn't have much time left. With an infectious, torturous curse that burdened the magic in his body killing him by the second, Aaron was on his final leg of life. With nowhere left to turn, Matthew Boyd leaves to become a Knight within the Raven Empire, hoping that the palace will have a cure to offer since it was their magic that was disintegrating Aaron's soul. Princess Katelyn Dobson, however, has a better idea.

   A new King is to be crowned in Hell: Nathaniel Wesninski. They say that he is the strongest man to ever live, a God among mortals. King Nathan Wesninski passes on his immortality to his devoted son, a frequent breaker of the Chords and a fierce fighter.

   Who better to ask for help than a God? Luckily, Nathaniel isn't only devoted to Hell. In fact, the holder of his heart is much closer than Katelyn is aware of.
