Summary
Hannibal Lecter is a renowned psychiatrist, an attractive and intelligent man. The fact that he is a pure alpha only adds even more appeal to his presence. However, upon visiting the doctor, he discovers that he suffers from delta intersexuality, a condition in which an alpha develops omega sexual characteristics, altering his instinct and certain aspects of his original alpha physiology. This causes the alphas and omegas around him to find him irresistible, wanting to mark him at every opportunity, without Hannibal being able to resist the instinct to be marked.
Will Graham is a recessive alpha, a widower with two children, who has never been dominant enough for anyone. Additionally, his demisexuality makes him immune to the pheromones of anyone in heat—unless he forms a strong emotional bond.
Both possess traits that make them either highly desirable or, on the contrary, undesirable.
Hannibal will find a peculiar attraction in the only person who cannot perceive his flaw. In the only one who does not wish to mark him.
