Summary
Midoriya Izuku knows that he doesn’t look like how other Omegas looked. It took him a while to accept his gender as an Omega but once he accepted his fate, he realised that he’s not how Omegas are traditionally supposed to look. He’s not pretty enough, small enough, gentle enough, and it’s even worst after he received his quirk and winning the war. It doesn’t bother him before though, because the Alpha he wanted doesn’t want him.
However now, after learning that his Alpha had actually wanted him, Izuku couldn’t help but worry if he’s good enough for him. Kacchan proved himself to be a good Alpha. He isn’t shy about how much he wants Izuku, how much he loves Izuku, and how protective and possessive he gets over Izuku. And as much as Izuku trusts Kacchan, he’s afraid that his scarred body will turn his Alpha away. Even more so after his Omegan body goes through yet another change, one that Izuku couldn’t hide from Kacchan forever.

Izuku has a huge body complex and his Omegan hormones aren’t helping when his tits start to leak embarrassingly. Izuku was sure it’d turned Kacchan off but Kacchan proves to him that he loves all and everything about his Omega.
