Summary
Doomed. That’s the word that would describe those two men, John ‘Soap’ MacTavish and Simon ‘Ghost’ Riley. Destiny has no favorite and sometimes it feel like she want to punish the same person over and over. An heroic tentative to save his lover, John gets a bullet in his head. A bullet to the gut then being burned by someone you trusted for Simon. Internal bleeding from a very bad fall and debris breaking his bones for Soap. Life’s not fair, never.
However, she tends to give a piece of heaven for those who suffers the most. In one universe, in the multitude she has created as a little play, she gift them happiness and what all other version of John and Simon wanted the most, their love together. But everything has an end.
