Summary
In the swirling snow of faraway mountains, a magical manor sits nestled in isolation. Its original vampire master fell to the knives of his spawn a century ago, and a new lord takes his place -- the cold, untouchable Astarion Ancunín, who severs himself from civilization, his heart cursed to be hard as stone.
In a warm village nearby, a bard named Ori ventures into the mountains to slay an old evil and finds herself pulled into a bargain -- her lifeblood in exchange for shelter from a winter storm that will never end.
