   Summary

   Since the day Subaru was Isekai-ed to an unknown fantasy world, it has never been easy for him. Even if it hadn't been by choice, he was still expected to resolve every situation through the power of RBD. Just one victory alone was filled with failures and death behind it, with each path forgotten by all except himself. But despite the pain and suffering endured, there was a silver lining that made it all worth it in the end.

   But it was only a matter of time before Subaru would be forced to face the hardest decision of his life, as he learns the true meaning of sacrifice. A decision that just may tear him apart to the point that not even Return By Death can save him. But in the end, peace in this world was never an option for him. Only for others.
