His grip tightened on smooth leather and his knuckles grew white as his teeth clenched. He doubted that God would even be listening to his prayers, he had probably already been cast down into the bellows of hell. Lucifer with his claws tightly wrapped around Henry's soul, tainting his heart as the thunderous sound of hoofs clashing down against the cobblestone did nothing to distract him from the thought of who was awaiting him, Hans.
