‘‘Ego-san! We have a huge problem.’’
Anri yelled while rushing into Ego’s office. Ego lifted his head from his screen which he was making a list of the players' club choices.
‘‘Anri-chan, what would cause you to disturb me at this early hour?Shouldn’t everyone just get ready to leave just like us?” After looking at her He turned and continued preparing the lists.
“Our players turned into toddlers this isn’t a matter you can just turn your back on!” Anri said agryly.
Ego’s typing noises stopped and he turned towars Anri his glasses dropping low.
“They… What?”

Karasu woke up to his dorm room banging. He didn’t look around and just walked towards the door. When he opened the door he was met with Shidou’s face though his eyes were almost closed and just recognized him from his pink hair.
“Isn’t it so early for literally anything Shidou what are you doing here?” He asked while yawning between some words his brain hasn’t even registered Shidou’s face which was full of confusion.
“Dude, do you not see what I have in my hand!?”
Karasu started rubbing his eyes and talking.
“How can I? You just wake me up idiot my eyes don’t…” When he stopped rubbing his eyes and looked at Shidou more clearly he was a blonde child in his arms. He was stunned.
“Shidou Who’s child is this!?Where did you find him?” Karasu quickly gathered himself and tried to get the boy out of Shidou’s arms but the boy held onto Shidou’s shirt so he let his attempt be a failure.
“I don’t know. I just woke up early and wanted to annoy Charles as usual but when I went to his room I found this child and he just clinged onto me and wouldn’t let me go so I needed an adultier person to help and you’re that person!”
Shidou exclaimed quickly and loudly. Karasu only registered what he said a few seconds later.
“I’m your choice for an adultier person??How am I any adultier than you?Well I am more mature than you but…”
“Hey!” Shidou was about to argue back but Karasu stopped them from getting side tracked.
“Anyways forget that. You said you went to Charles’ dorm right where is he?”
“I don’t know. I just went into his dorm and this little guy was here”
“Charles wasn’t in his dorm?”
“Nope.”
“You know it’s impossible for him to be awake right now right? He shows up late to almost everything except eating time.”
“That’s weird. Maybe he had a boner or something.”
“Yea not everyone is you Shidou but even so he has a private dorm, why would he leave?”
“Yea his dorm was lo-...” Shidou left his sentence unfinished and picked up the child to look at him straight at his face. After examining the child a bit he turned him to Karasu.
“Don’t you think he looks like Charles?”
Karasu stilled for a moment after Shidou turned the child towards him. He did look like Charles!
“He does but… Why?”
“I think it is Charles.”
“Shidou it’s not the time to fool around-”
“I’m not joking! It is Charles! His dorm was locked and there's no way he would be awake. Connect the dots will you.”
It didn’t make sense but at the same time it did too. Karasu hated that fact. But why would Charles turn into a child or de-age? Wait-
“There's no way this only happen to Charles. We need to look at everyone to see if they turned into a child too.”
“Good thinking! But we can’t search the whole facility and all the teams, it'll take too much time.”
“Yeah, you’re right. We need to tell this to Ego.”
“Would he be awake at this hour though?”
“Don’t know…”
After some thinking they both found that person.
“Oh I know!” “I got it!”
“Anri-chan” they both said in union.
“Ok I’ll search the PXG dorms to find out if anyone had turned into children and you’ll go and explain the situation to Anri-chan.”
“Why am I the one to tell Anri-chan? I don’t think she’ll believe me.
“Cause Rin will throw a fit if you got close to him so just take the evidence with you and go I’ll search.”
“Jeez that brocon brat. Anyways fine I’ll go now hopefully not a lot of them will be children. Bye Karasu”(*brocon=brother lover)
“Bye”
Shidou left just like that. After closing the door Karasu leaned onto the door with his hand on this forehead and exhaled.
“This has to be a fewer dream…”
But before he could relax he felt something grabbing onto his pyjama pants. He isn’t ready for the scene when he looks down.
“Huh?...ZANTETSU!???”
He had became a child too!??
“Im hunger” Little Zantetsu mumbled. Yep terrible wording, that's Zantetsu alright. Karasu slouched down to look him in the eye and pet his head.
“I’m sorry buddy but you need to wait a little for that ok?”
Little Zantetsu nodded slightly. Then Karasu got up to change his pajamas. Today was gonna be a long day…
—--An hour later
Karasu found all the children-halfway through Shidou came and helped him unlock doors with a special keycard that only Anri-chan has incase of emergencies-and now they were on their way towards the cafeteria. The children were behaving good except Rin who constantly looked at Shidou with a pouty gaze. Nanase held Rin’s hand to navigate him through -he did bumped into others while “glaring” at Shidou- While Zantetsu walked side by side Shidou and occasionally held his hand. And Charles was comfortable in Shidou's arms; he laid on Shidou’s chest all the way. And Karasu monitored them from the back making sure they wouldn’t be seperated.
They walked quite a lot cause they were supposed to group up at Bastard Munchen’s cafeteria to mesure the weigh of the situation and apparently Bastards had most of the children. So it was more convenient to group up there.
The children got tired of walking so Karasu had to pick up Rin and Nanase. Now Rin was more comfortable while glaring behind Shidou’s head. But Zantetsu had no problems, he didn't get tired quickly so he kept walking.
Karasu heard Rin mumble some inaudible things and a barely audible “Insect”. So they had their memories intact this means they just had a mentality of a child and still remembered them. Thats good, it’s easier to look after children when they know you.
While Karasu was still in his thoughts when they bumped into another group.
Lavinho was carrying two little boys in his arms. Bachira’s head was on his shoulder sleeping soundly. And Otoya was just holding onto his coach and lazily looking at the road they headed.
Before Lavinho even noticed them Otoya tried to get out of Lavinho’s arms.
“Karasu!” Lavinho set him to the ground and he started running towards Karasu hugging his leg once he got close.
“Hey Otoya, what’s up?”
“I’m good!” He lifted his head and smiled at Karasu. Then Karasu smiled back, he almost forgot Rin existed and let him go to pat Otoya’s head.
“Wow look at you guys 4 children.It must be tough. I guess we were lucky only to have these two.” Otoya stuck his tongue out at his words.
“Not really they are pretty calm. But it must be tough with Bachira though he’s very energetic isn’t he.” Karasu fought back even though Lavinho didn’t mean to start a fight.
Shidou saw what was happening and whispered something to Zantetsu’s ear. Before they could argue further Zantetsu yelled.
“I’m hunger Shidou!!” Then Otoya and Nanase followed him.
“Me too!”
So their weird ‘my child is better’ fight ended without even starting.
Otoya didn’t go to Lavinho’s arms and held onto Karasu’s pants while he walked. It was a little hard for Karasu to walk but he would rather die than let Otoya go. He didn’t know why he just acted like that. ‘Weird’ he thought though this whole situation was weird. His feelings and actions must’ve been influenced by this strange phenomenon that's happening.
The Bastard München cafeteria was chaotic. It was loud. Some people were yelling and some kids were screaming. Bachira who was sleeping soundly a second ago woke up and struggled to get out of Lavinho’s arms. Lavinho let him go and Bachira started running around searching for someone, probably Isagi. Lavinho bid them farewell and went after Bachira since Otoya wanted to stay with Karasu he left him with them.
Shidou and Karasu let the kids go too. But they didn’t run around like the other children. Zantetsu still held onto Shidou’s hand but looked around searching for someone. Shidou noticed his search attempt.
“Hey Megane-kun, what’s up? You’re looking for someone?” (*megane=glasses)
Zantetsu looked up to him and nodded.
“Reo.” He said softly.
“Reo? Who’s that?” Shidou’s lack of name knowledge was kind of a problem but at least he remembered the names of people that mattered in his life.
Karasu answered him after seeing Zantetsu struggling to pick an explanation for his question.
“The rich guy you know,purple haired one.”
“Ohhhhhhhh! The copy guy!” Then he turned towards Zantetsu. “Wanna go find him or do you wanna eat first?”
Zantetsu thought about it for a minute.
“Food.” He said with a determined face.
“Alright then let’s get food!” Shidou said. Then they started to walk towards the food counter.
After getting food they sat together and started eating. Nanase and Charles needed some assistance while eating so Shidou helped them,normally Karasu was helping them first but they learned Rin was a very messy eater and didn’t want Shidou touching him so they switched.
They finished eating with minimal problems-Rin tried to stab Shidou with a fork- and went on to find other children.
Reo,Chigiri and Nagi were playing on a playing mat but it was more like Reo and Chigiri playing and Nagi sleeping. When Zantetsu saw Reo he let go of Shidou’s hand and went to play with Reo. Agi was looking after them so they left Zantetsu in his care.
Karasu and Shidou then started looking for an empty playing mat to sit and entertain a very bored whiny Charles. Before they could find any other playing mats Bachira came running towards Rin with little Isagi trying to catch up with him. He almost bumped into Rin but stopped right in front of his face. Rin got startled and flinched back.
“Rin-chan let’s play together!”
“No.” Rin said coldly and backed off a little bit more.
“Ehhhhhhhh!? Why notttttttt?” Bachira pushed more and got closer to him.
“I don’t wanna play with you.” Rin said backing off more then went behind Karasu’s leg and stuck his tongue out at Bachira.
While Bachira was still whining for Rin to play with him, Isagi went towards Nanase.
“Nanase? Wanna play with us?” He said and held out his hand to him.Nanase nodded and took his hand. Then they went near Bachira and Rin.
Bachira still hadn’t given up on playing with Rin. Rin was getting more and more angry with Bachira’s pressure,it wasn’t good at all. Karasu didn’t want to interfere even though their memories were intact; they were still physically and mentally children. He didn't need to step in but Shidou wasn't on the same boat as him.
“Hey little bee.” Shidou called out to Bachira and kneeled near him.
“Hello!” Bachira said, smiling while showing all of his teeth
“Why do you wanna play with RinRin so much?”
“Cause Rin-Chan is super cool and fun! I wanna play with him!” Rin hearing this got embarrassed and hid behind Karasu’s leg. Shidou smirked at his answer but if it weren’t for Karasu lightly kicking him he would’ve started busted out laughing. After a few seconds Rin slowly poked his head out.
“You don’t say stuff like that stupid but fine I guess I’ll play with you a little. So you’ll shut up” His cheeks were slightly pink from embarrassment and his previous anger gone.
Bachira literally beamed after his words,Nanase and Isagi started smiling too. Then Bachira took Rin’s hand and started running. Nanase and Isagi started running after them too.
Now Karasu and Shidou were only left with Charles and Otoya. Since Charles wanted to play with Shidou, Karasu didn’t question him much. But he kneeled before Otoya and asked.
“Hey buddy Do you have anything you wanna do?”
Otoya looked around but found nothing he wanted to do. (More like Author didn’t know what to do with him and doesn’t know any other of his dynamics with other characters.)
“I don’t know.” He said quietly.
“Then we’ll play with Shidou and Charles ok? But if you find anything you wanna do, tell me.”
Otoya nodded. Then they went towards the playing mat Shidou had finally found.
