After 1’s defeat Firey almost never left Leafy’s side. He couldn’t bare the thought of losing her again. The two were sitting outside the hotel watching the winner train with 2’s power. (They didn’t really care who won) as Firey’s gaze upon her, all he could was stare. He had almost forgotten how beautiful she was. Seemingly out of nowhere their eyes met. “Firey is something wrong?” She asked still looking. “No. I just missed you”Firey said taking her hand. “It be nice it we had yoyle berries” Leafy pointed out strengthening her grip.
“Do you want to get married?” The question fell out of Firey’s mouth. Leafy looked at him surprised. “Where did this come from?” She asked a bit taken back from the question. “It’s just, after losing you…….I never want to lose you again. I want to look down at my hand and know you’re always by my side” Firey said. Leafy’s eyes were watering “yes…….I will marry you.” She said squeezing his hand crying. Firey looked up at the hotel and saw Tree eyeing him. His eyes were cold and angry.
“We’ll find rings tomorrow” Firey said, “along with some yoyle berries, they’d probably be helpful” Leafy stated. “You stay here I’m gonna head in for a minute.” Firey stated. Firey ran into the hotel and ran over to Tree’s room, he let out a sigh and knocked lightly on the door. Tree opened the door looked down and slammed it shut.
Firey knocked harder only for Fanny to open it “what!?” She yelled “oh it’s you.” She said dead pan. “Can I come in?” Firey asked “Tree! Can Firey come in your room!?” Fanny asked not leaving her spot. Tree walked over leaning on Fanny, “you have one minute.” Tree said. “*sigh* I just proposed to Leafy, it would mean a lot if you came.” Firey said rubbing his hand. Fanny looked over to Tree who had a furious look in his eye. She immediately slammed the door in Firey’s face
Inside the Tree was pacing back and forth as Fanny sat on his couch. “Can you believe it!? After everything he’s done she’s going to marry him!?” Tree ranted “you should still go.” Fanny said. “What?” Tree asked surprised. “I don’t know my family……..and I was angry at the world for so long. Until I found a family with death pact……..and you. From what you’ve told me you’re the only family she still has. You two mean a lot to each other.” Fanny said as Tree sat next to her.
“Of course I’m going (he leaned on her). I just wish she could be with someone else. He’s reckless, careless, he’s set her on fire countless times, and she carried him to the season one finale only to be locked out!” Tree complained “I wasn’t surprised she forgave him, she’ll forgive anyone, but why do they have to get married? Of all objects, why does she love him!?” Tree asked. “I don’t know, why do you love me?” Fanny asked. “I love you because you’re smart, strong, and cute!” Tree said getting closer “don’t call me cute” Fanny said leaning in, “I will when you stop being so cute!” Tree said as the two kissed.

Firey was walking down the hall as Fanny stopped him, “he’s in his room, he want to talk to you alone.” Fanny said taking the elevator. Firey entered the room and saw Tree standing there coldly. “Hi, I know we never got along, but as I said-” Firey began “I’m going” Tree said coldly. “Oh I’m glad to hear that! Maybe we could-” “I’m going for her.” Tree said shooting down whatever Firey was about to say. Firey left. “I will make him like me!” Firey decreed heading for the elevator.
Back outside Leafy was sitting by herself as coiny approached her “you okay?” he asked. “Huh (she realized that she was still crying) yeah I’m fine!” Leafy said. Pin walked over and grabbed Coiny’s hand. “Hello Coiny!” She looked over and noticed Leafy. “Uh…….hi Leafy” Pin added. “Hi Pin……it’s great seeing you, how are you doing?” Leafy asked. “I’m…….alright” Pin said uncomfortably. The two walked away as Leafy thought for a moment. Pin was at one point her best friend, they did everything together. Leafy didn’t compete in BFDIA, but since her return in BFB Pin has been either distant or uncomfortable in her presence. Leafy missed their friendship…….“I’m going to make things right with Pin!” Leafy said to herself.
