   Summary

   Somewhere, in the inky blackness between the stars a god fell.

   “Whalefall.” The deity without conscious thought mused, “This must be how it feels to be the whale. Those hulking beasts that gracefully lounge about the Earths waters for a few years until they die and with their death sustain the multitude lives of other creatures who in turn will die and sustain others.
