“You’re alright now,” Eddie’s voice was gentle, a stark contrast to how the water had been rushing and crashing in his ears. “Panic attacks suck, I know”
“Is that what that was?” Buck suddenly had a lot more sympathy for Eddie. Not that he hadn’t before, but knowing panic attacks felt like that brought on a whole new wave.
Eddie’s face did something strange, but he nodded. It was only then that Buck realised Eddie was mostly naked too, a towel tied around his waist but nothing else.
“Yeah that’s what it was. A pretty bad one too to have as your first”
“No, I-“ Buck sighed, cold now that the adrenaline had worn off, the water far from warm around and beneath him. He felt tired suddenly, zapped of all his energy. “I think it’s happened before. Just didn’t know what it was”
