Daniel can picture him sneaking in silently, waiting to be noticed, then halting his body in place after being ignored. He’d tut at him in that silky voice, ‘Are you so depraved that you must rut against the bed, Daniel? Is that what makes you fascinating? Really?’ It would be followed up by one of those scoffs that should feel condescending, but seem more like the vampire is amused by him. He’d have some stupid quip for him because he’s not going to beg, not so quickly. Armand has to work for it if he wants to hear it. ‘Yeah… are you gonna do anything about it?’
