Summary
When Steve Rogers unwittingly sheds seven tears into the East River, he isn't at all prepared for anything that follows. Mythical selkies, Atlanteans, marriage contracts and ancient promises are the last things he thought he'd have to deal with in the modern age. Steve finds himself struggling to manage undersea politics, strange connections to his past and feelings he thought he'd never have again.
