   Summary

   Dean and newly human Cas are at a bar when a seemingly familiar woman offers to buy Cas a drink and take her back to her room...only for them to find out that this woman is Deanna Winchester, a genderbent Dean from an alternate universe who crash landed here with her sister Sam.
