"Gah!"

Robot Flower's vision returned as her system awoke. She took a moment to recall what had occured. She had been eliminated, flung off the slingshot with..

"Basketball!?" She called out "Basketball? Are you there?"

When no response came, she tried again. "Basketball? Where are you?"

She was silent for a while as she listened for Basketball's reply. And yet, she heard nothing.

No problem! She could always search for her. All she needed to do was-

Hold on.

Where was she?

Robot Flower analyzed her surroundings. She was in a weird blue chair, in what looked like an observatory. It had dark blue wallpaper with golden, glimmering stars. There were bookshelves and telescopes, and a large window overlooking a field of what appeared to be a sea of blue flowers.

What Robot Flower registered last was the integer seated across from her, staring at her with a smirk while Robot Flower was examining her surroundings.

"Good evening, Robot Flower!" The blue integer said cheerfully.

Robot Flower was confused "Where am I? Who are you?" She was slightly suspicious of the smug looking number. "And where's-"

"I don't believe we've met before. I'm One!" One cut her off with an innocent looking smile.

"Why am I here? And where's Basketball?" Robot Flower asked, wanting urgently to find her friend.

"Don't you think you should at least give me a friendly greeting back?" One pouted.

"Oh, uh-" Robot Flower started

"Kidding! Anyways, you're here because I just want a small favor from you." One said, her tone and expression immediately going back to smooth salesman mode.

"Why should I give you a favor? You've kidnapped me! I have a store to run!" Robot Flower was starting to feel slightly agitated with One.

One rolled her eyes. "I didn't kidnap you, Two just doesn't have a use for you anymore, aho they discard you."

Robot Flower was caught off guard. "They don't..have a use for me..? What does that mean?"

"They got bored of you, so they just tossed you aside like the other eliminated contestants. You were never worth much to them anyways" One said smoothly and indifferently. The more convincing lies she told Robot Flower, the quicker she could lock her away.

Robot Flower's confidence wavered as she heard One speak. "I'm…I'm worth nothing to them..?"

One sighed. "It's a truth all of their contestants have to face eventually. They build up false relationships for the drama and destroy them the first chance they get. It's no big deal for them."

Robot Flower was stunned. "W-What does this have to do with anything..?" She stuttered.

"Well, If you sign this contract, I can make it so you go back to the one person who actually cared about you." One said, and the giant TV screen beside them both fizzled to life.

Robot Flower gasped as the TV showed Basketball sitting in a forest, crying. "B-Basketball!" She exclaimed. "Is she alright?"

One rolled her eyes again. "Yes she's fine."

Robot Flower turned back to One. "Bring me to her."

One smiled "Finally!" She produced a contract out of thin air and levitated it towards Robot Flower, who dipped her robotic hand in blue ink and stamped it onto the paper.

One smiled sinisterly. "There we go." She snapped, and suddenly, Robot Flower materialized in the large blue field outside.

"Huh?!- You- You lied!" Robot Flower yelled.

One's voice boomed out. "No, you'll be with her, just not now."

Robot Flower stared at the observatory as One's voice disappeared.

Basketball was further away than ever, and now all she had to keep her company was a field of Forget-Me-Nots.
