   Summary

   Ned Stark reach a deal with the Kingsguard. He allows Rhaegar and Lyanna's son to be raised in Essos with Daenerys and Viserys, but he refuses to support them. Seventeen years later, after the Red Wedding, Catelyn Stark is forced to flee to Lys—where the Targaryens are building their own kingdom and plotting their own revenge.

   Catelyn, unbeknownst to her, is prey who has just entered the dragon's lair.
