The ringing of her alarm placed Yuqi in a tired and sleep-deprived mood as she’s starting fresh at a new school, and at a new stage of her life. High school! Since it was a new stage of her life, she wanted to start dating.
Especially, after reading her spicy, toxic Yuri fanfics under the sheets of her bed as she quietly whimper reading the spicy scenes. Looking around to make sure her parents didn’t caught her in the act. It wasn’t like her parents were homophobic, heck her parents were surprisingly accepting after she came out to them as a lesbian. It was that her parents will threaten to throw away all her Yuri fanfics and My Little Pony merchandise if they caught her dating before eighteen.
Afarid they’ll throw away all the fanfics and merchandise, that she spent so much money on, she didn’t even think about dating. That changed the summer before high school, when she realized that she’d be fantasizing about being in the main character’s shoes in her yuri fanfics, and sleeping peacefully to the thought of kissing her imaginary girlfriend.
And to make sure she can live out her yuri fantasies, Yuqi made sure to put extra effort into her appearance. Putting on her Pinkalicious Pinkie Pie perfume that she got from Claire’s, her uniform that she ironed fifteen times, and put her hair in a messy bun.
Immediately as she got to her classes, she spotted the people who were most in her classes, so she can try to closer to them. And even if they don’t end up to be her girlfriend, at least she’ll have some friends at high school.
One name particularly was called out, when the teachers held attendance, and that name is Minnie. Yuqi didn’t really pay attention to anyone since everyone was new, but she looked at Minnie who was already chatting with five different people. The two locked eyes and Yuqi looked away. Blushing heavily. She didn’t really get the best glance at her, but that was all she needed.
By looks, Minnie looked like the main love interest she’d read in her yuri fanfics. Tall, lean build, glistening brown orbs, and a seductive smirk on her face. By looks Yuqi was obsessed, but she silently scolded herself. Telling herself this is real life, and she needed to have a true connection with Minnie before she could like her. So, Yuqi took a deep breath, and felt as if all her nerves left her body as she approached Minnie.
Once Yuqi sat at a seat next to Minnie, Minnie’s sharp eyes darted at Yuqi’s scrawny and shaky body, and chuckled deeply. Making Yuqi biting her lip, so she wouldn’t moan at Minnie’s chuckle and scent. Which smelt like oak, cigars, and baby-making. A true distinct scent of an alpha. While Minnie kind of smelt like the beer belly dads that drank too much alcohol at family gatherings, the smell was strong and intoxicating.
Yuqi immediately stopped reveling in Minnie’s scent, when Minnie teases, “Are you actually going to say something and clean up the desk, or are you going to keep drooling for me?”
Yuqi yelped in embarrassment. Covering her head with her hands, “N-no! I’m not drooling you idiot. I-I.” But Yuqi wasn’t able to come up with something, and Minnie chuckled.
“Then, I wonder why the desk you’re at is sopping wet? Beats me, I guess?” And all of Minnie’s friends laughed along with her. Yuqi’s cheeks flushed in embarrassment, and started tearing up. Running off to her original seat, before putting her head on her desk.
Great I already embarrassed myself on the first day of school! I guess after what I did, I won’t be able to live out my Yuri fantasies and die alone! Yuqi mopped around for the rest of orientation. Not even the sickly sweet ice cream, that usually brought teens joy cheered Yuqi up.
It had been a week since orientation, and so far she didn’t try to make any friends in her classes. Especially, if they had connections with Minnie. Because of this, school was starting to bore her. She’d sit alone in the bathroom during lunch, barely said a word in her classes, and didn’t want to join clubs. Fearing Minnie may be there, but having to go through the monotonous routine (even if it was only a week) was driving her insane.
So, she went through a bunch of the clubs the school had offered, and one caught her eye. Speech.
Finally, I can talk to the world about the true important things in life! Yuri fanfics, My Little Pony, and the Omegaverse!
That day, Yuqi rushed to the theater to join speech. But, when she arrived at the theater, a familiar, sharp-jawed face shined amongst the warm lightbulbs above them. Minnie. The two locked gazes at each other again.
“Well, well, well. Looks like the little lamb that drooled over me on the first day of school is here to join speech. You know, you aren’t slick dear. I see how you’d quickly turn your head to see me, and whip your head away from me as soon as I look in your direction. But who can blame you? I am quite the delight to look at.” Minnie teased. Licking her lips.
Yuqi rolled her eyes. S-shut up! I didn’t mean to drool over you, and I-I needed to adjust my posture during class. You aren’t all that and a bag of chips!” Yuqi stormed off to the auditorium to audition for speech, and unfortunately Minnie was there. Sitting next to Yuqi with her intoxicating scent.
Yuqi rolled her eyes, and went over to another seat. But still gave occasional gazes at Minnie. It wasn’t because she was whipped for her. She just wanted to make sure Minnie wasn’t pulling some nonsense on Yuqi.
A week after auditions, Yuqi screamed in joy when she got a callback from speech. Completely forgetting about her issues with Minnie. So, the next day Yuqi strutted to the theater room like the diva she was, and waited for her first performance prompt. Could it be on yuri, My Little Pony, the omegaverse? Yuqi was so ecstatic, it felt like her body is going to crawl out of her skin.
When Ms.Kwon announced it was a group interpretation of the pressures high school romance. Yuqi was about to jump out of her seat. Potentially it was an interpretation of her yuri fantasies and she could potentially kiss the woman of her dreams. Even if it was for speech.
“And our main roles will go to, Yuqi and Minnie!” The people around Yuqi clapped in congrats for the two, but Yuqi’s stomach dropped. Would that mean she’d have to kiss Minnie? The one who humiliated her on the first day of school, and the one won’t stop teasing her. The one who’s in most of her classes.
What if people think we’re in a relationship? What if we have to kiss? What will I do when I have to practice in a room alone with her?
Yuqi’s thoughts were at a whirlwind. Unable to be controlled. Yuqi yelped as she felt a finger tap her shoulder.
“Looks like fate has put us together once again Dolly. See you at rehearsals tomorrow.” Minnie smirked at Yuqi’s nervous expression, before smacking her playfully on the back. Leaving the theater room with a loud laugh. As Yuqi went home, she immediately went to read her toxic yuri fanfics under the sheets after the rollercoaster of a bad day. Something she’s been doing since ten.
The next day, Yuqi contemplated whether she should stay home to avoid Minnie, but she realized she had to approach her soon if she didn’t want to be kicked off speech. So with a heavy heart, she decided to go to school. Dreading her encounters with Minnie.
When Yuqi went to the auditorium to settle herself in before rehearsals, Minnie found her, and gave her a bag of fresh chocolate chip cookies.
“Since we’ll be practicing with each other for the next few weeks, might as well get acquainted.” Minnie gave Yuqi her first genuine smile without any malice under those eyes. Yuqi gawked at the cookies with anger. How could Minnie act so friendly after she’ve humiliated Yuqi?
“Try them. I’m sure you’ll like them.” Minnie smirked as Yuqi rolled her eyes.
Yeah right. she probably laced them with laxatives-. But Yuqi’s eyes widened at the taste of them. she were the best cookies that she ever had, but why’d Minnie do such a thing for her. She hoped Minnie didn’t had a crush on her.
“Tasty, right baby girl?” Minnie was about to touch Yuqi’s chin, before Yuqi whacked Minnie’s hand.
“Don’t call me that! And she taste like shit!” Yuqi retorted, but her face flushed red.
“Oh, but you’re blushing dear. I saw how you rolled your eyes when you took a bite of that cookie. Don’t worry I’ll bring more delicious chocolate chip cookies. Baby Girl.” Minnie blew a kiss at Yuqi before going to the stage for rehearsal. Yuqi balled up her fists and went on the stage for rehearsals. Thankfully since it was only the first rehearsal, she didn’t had to act out anything romantic.
When Yuqi went to grab her My Little Pony bag, Minnie spotted it, and her eyes lit up in excitement. “Oh my god, you like My Little Pony too! It really seems like fate is doing its thing. Huh?”
“Shut up! Fate this, fate that. It’s just a stupid coincidence.” Yuqi snapped before leaving.
For the next few weeks she were rehearsing, Minnie got to memo, and stopped explicitly teasing Yuqi. her smirks, eyes, scent, and looks at Yuqi, made her weak in her knees. And during classes that Yuqi shared with Minnie, she’d always wave at her or give her little gifts. Which annoyed Yuqi, and she placed all the gifts in the bottom of her drawer. But sometimes, Yuqi would pull out some of the gifts Minnie got her, and enjoy using them. It wasn’t because Minnie got them, it was because the gift was My Little Pony related and Yuqi liked that stuff.
Though their few weeks were peaceful without any intimacy, Ms.Kwon had announced she’ll be adding the ending kiss scene today. Which made Yuqi’s jaw drop and her body froze.
Wait but that means-, “We better start practicing baby girl.” The person that interrupted her thoughts once again. Yuqi looked back and was holding in tears.
Minnie seemed to notice Yuqi tearing up, because of her softening expression. “Oh come on dear, I’m not that bad of a kisser. Promise I’ll be gentle.” she teased, but her tone was more genuine.
Throughout the whole interpretation, Yuqi felt like her movements were controlled by puppeteers. Her lines felt auto generated instead of actually being said by her. All she can focus on is having to kiss Minnie at the end of the interpretation.
When the stage lights started to dim, Yuqi knew what she had to do next, and just the thought of it made her fluster.
She walked closer to Minnie as she walked closer to her. her hands gently gripped on Yuqi’s waist as the two end with a tender kiss. Yuqi wanted to push away, but Minnie had other plans and deepened into the kiss. Yuqi couldn’t help but admit that, Minnie’s kisses were hot, and she was seconds away from moaning.
The two pulled away and Minnie smirks as she whisper into Yuqi’s ear, “I know you enjoyed that baby girl. I can’t wait for the judges to see us use tongue when we perfect the kiss.”
At the thought of that, Yuqi let out a loud whine that echoed loudly in her microphone. Letting everyone around the two hear it.
“Let’s make sure we don’t make any noises or reactions throughout the whole interpretation.” Ms.Kwon says with a look of surprise and slight disappointment.
Yuqi’s eyes widened in embarrassment as she realized what she did. She ran to the nearest bathroom and started crying.
We have one more week until we’re going to perform in front judges, hundreds of kids from other schools, and potentially parents. I can’t go up the stage and let out a loud moan like that!
Yuqi quickly grabbed her bag from the theater, and running out of the school doors. Not bothering to look behind her back. The next day, when Yuqi was placed in small room rehearsals. The heartthrob that kissed her yesterday was back, Minnie with that punchable smirk on her face.
“Seems like you enjoyed that kiss Dolly. Don’t worry, we can rehearse that scene, until you don’t make any of those cute noises.” At that, Yuqi saw clenched her fists, and looked down. Shaking in anger.
“Do you not feel an ounce of sympathy for what happened yesterday? Or the weeks before when you pester me? Or even orientation when you made me look like a fool in front of everyone? I’m just something you can make a big joke out of, huh?”
Minnie’s smirk faltered the second she heard Yuqi’s outburst. Minnie muttered under her breath, “Sorry. Can we at least rehearse the last scene?”
“And comment on my blush or whimper? No! Absolutely not.” Yuqi retorted.
“But we have to kiss eventually. And the quicker we do it, the less time you’ll have to deal with me.” That convinced Yuqi well enough. So reluctantly, the two went through the whole interpretation again, and when she kissed. Minnie didn’t comment on the feeling of Yuqi’s warm body on her, how Yuqi whimpered quietly, and didn’t make any comments to fluster Yuqi. she sighed and grabbed her stuff to go home.
When Yuqi saw Minnie’s frown, part of her felt guilty for making Minnie feel so dejected, but the other part of her told her that this is what Minnie deserved after pestering Yuqi since the start of the year.
Whenever she performed the kiss scene more, the more Yuqi started to enjoy the kiss. Feeling more and more guilty seeing Minnie walk out, saying nothing but a soft ‘bye’ to her. To the point where Yuqi, kind of missed Minnie teasing. It at least made school somewhat interesting, even if she’s the butt of the joke of it.
The day of the performance, Minnie ran up to Yuqi with an exhausted smile. “I told Ms.Kwon last minute, that you were uncomfortable with the kiss scene at the end, so she told us that we could hug instead at the end.”
Yuqi looked down on the ground, and murmured only loud enough to be heard by the two, “N-no that’s fine. We can kiss at the end.” Yuqi felt her face flush at her reply.
“Really? A-are you sure, I don’t want to make you uncomfortable. That was wrong of me to deepen in the kiss and make you moan on stage.”
“No! I don’t mind the kiss.” Minnie chuckled at Yuqi’s reply. That same smirk forming on her lips again.
“Oh, so you like my kisses huh?” Yuqi’s body tenses up. Placing her hands on her face to cover her reddened face. Nodding in agreement.
Minnie chuckled softly, before the whole cast went on stage. Yuqi’s stomach started to beat faster at the thought of having to kiss Minnie, but also potentially enjoy it. Her mind was so lost right now, that she didn’t know what felt right in the current state of now.
But, near the end of the play, she hovered near Minnie’s waist, and gave her a tender kiss on the lips with her returning the favor. And Yuqi couldn’t lie, but the kiss didn’t make her want to revolt, but imagine herself wanting more.
Once the cast’s exhausted, sweaty bodies arrived at their hotel rooms. Yuqi made her way onto her bed, and started reading her yuri fanfics.
Once Minnie got of out of the shower. she let out a low chuckled as she recognized what Yuqi was reading.
“Is that the type of stuff you like to read Dolly?” Yuqi’s ear’s became red at the nickname again, and all she can reply is with a small nod.
“Oh dear, that’s just fiction. I can show you something even better than those silly little fanfictions.” Minnie swiped the fanfic off of Yuqi’s hands, and pinned her to the nearest wall. Kissing, moaning, and touching were involved in the heated make out. At the end of it, all Yuqi could think about all night was Minnie’s passionate kisses, the jubilation at her moans, and her soft fingers caressing Yuqi’s waist.
But she was still the person the cat call you in class, embarrass you, and made you afraid to talk in certain classes. Was a thought that ringed in the back of her head, but she was so lost in the euphoria of their make out. She didn’t even consider thinking about it.
The day after the interpretation, Minnie ran up to Yuqi with a slight look of guilt on her face.
“Look, I know I caused multiple issues with you since this school year started, but I’m sorry. I feel so guilty for kissing you last night at the hotel, because I felt like I didn’t deserve your kisses after what I did. If you want me to leave you alone, I will, and you don’t have to speak to me ever again.” Yuqi saw the first time Minnie’s eyes watering. And she couldn’t help, but hold Minnie’s hands.
“It’s okay I forgive you, and I loved the kisses you gave me in the hotel room. Would you mind giving me the same kisses again?” Minnie smiled through her well of tears and murmured.
“I don’t deserve you.” As the two shared a lengthy kiss.
“Maybe you don’t, but you’re stuck with me.” Yuqi said. At the end of their kiss, Yuqi didn’t care what her parents would do to her merchandise if she figure out the two were dating, and she finally lived out her toxic yuri fantasies. But Minnie was anything but toxic.
