Summary
Looey spirals when alone in his room, envious and anxious about everyone and everything. He eventually gives up and decides to go back to old habits, cutting himself and almost getting caught by none other than his boyfriend, Sprout. He's asked to spend time together through the door, baking cupcakes. Its while they're baking when Sprout catches his act, ending in Sprout cleaning his wounds a bit better and a whole lot of anxiety.

I lovveelovelove when looey is written like this, it makes me very happy (especially as a looey kinnie.) I like the idea of Sprout being anxious as to how he could’ve prevented it, what could’ve happened if he didn’t help him, etcetera. It bothers me to a ridiculous degree when people don’t write about the other party’s point of view on the situation in Hurt/Comfort especially regarding self-harm and suicide.
However, on the topic of the main character… Looey spiralling is my favourite thing ever, I like how he’s written so selflessly, and how he urges himself to go further when it comes to how he injures himself. Having a fear of being invalid and then to invalidate yourself because of it is SUCH an important subject for topics like this, and it was depicted extremely well in this fic. And. The way he second-guesses himself. literally throwing up and sobbing everywhere
