“Can’t do it.” Wanda whispered, “too much... lighting... tools... can’t.” The witch was trembling now. Wishing she could use her own powers to send positive images into her head.
It wasn’t the procedure of having teeth pulled that frightened her, Natasha knew this. It was the chair that held her mind hostage with memories she’d rather forget. It was the syringes filled with unknown substances entering her skin. The large bright light above her.
“Slow down baby. Listen to my voice, alright?” Natasha was drenched in guilt but she tried not to let her own worry seep in. She had no other choice than to go on this mission. She was on her way home, in the quinjet to be exact, yet she was still too damn far away.
