Chapter Text

Starscream has always hated small places, he couldn't help but feel uncomfortable with the sensation that the walls were getting smaller and could crush him.

That fear intensified when he almost died crushed by a big rock in that cave and seeing how Megatron left him alone. Or so he was led to believe, the warlord wanted to hear the seeker cry out in desperation for his name and exclaim for a chance at mercy. But what Megatron wanted to hear most of all, was to hear Starscream cry.

No one knew it, but Megatron found it quite adorable to see the seeker cry, he looked so cute and helpless, the opposite of the proud second-in-command he wanted to show to others.

As expected, Starscream cried in fear at the thought that this was going to be the end of him, he was already losing strength and the rock was getting heavier and heavier for the Seeker.

From one moment to another, the rock fell but Megatron grabbed Starscream before he was crushed by the great weight of that rock.

Starscream didn't say anything, he just cried, he didn't care if Megatron was carrying him like a little sparkling scared by a stupid nightmare, he didn't care, he was about to die and he was only saved by giving what he wanted to the Warlord, his broken dignity.

He hated Megatron, but he hated more the fact that Megatron saved him, knowing that they were going to continue that cycle of hate and humiliation.
