MODERN AU!Jace watches videos or takes lessons from Rhaena on how to braid Baela's hair.
Jace definitely offered to Baela to ride on Vermax as soon as it grew big enough for two.
Baela is the physically stronger one and Jace is the tankiest one.
They enjoy afternoon walks on the beaches of Driftmark and Dragonstone, while watching their dragons fly in the skies singing to each other.
When Jace is asleep, Baela loves to trace his freckles from his face to his shoulders. (And Jace sometimes pretends to be asleep)
They enjoy holding each other's hands a lot. In my KING!Jace and QUEEN!Baela AU, while they hold each other's hand, Jace plays with her rings.
Jace definitely would call Baela 'His Moon', while she just rolls her eyes and calls him corny.
Jace's favorite thing about Baela is her eyes and collarbone, especially in those Valyrian cut dresses.
Baela's favorite thing about Jace is his lips and hands. She finds it amusing and adorable how he pouts unconsciously. While his hand, is all related to how she reached out to him when they were young and the hands of a boy have changed and became ones of a man.
Jace loves it when Baela hugs him from behind.
Vermax and Moondancer definitely share a nest together on Dragonstone's Dragonpit.
Jace's love language for Baela, is planning things for her. While Baela's love language is words of affirmation. She knows how much they mean to him.
After a long day at the Painted Table, they just lay down on their bed together while Baela gently runs her fingers through his curls.

Jace kept a notebook for their wedding with different budgets depending on the Crowns coffers.
Jace had fabrics chosen for Baela's wedding dress.
Baela married Alyn to get the Small Council off her back. She never really properly mourned Jace and as time goes on she feels like the time has passed and it doesn't matter if she mourns him now.
Pretty obvious, Baela stays up at night looking at the horizon of the same beaches she'd walk with Jace and think of their life together if the civil war never happened.
After Jace's death, Baela slowly stopped wearing red and black, as those colors reminded her of him. Adopting the Velaryon blue.
Baela flew for hours above the Gullet after the battle looking for anything that belonged to Jace, only to find nothing.
Baela keeps a box of trinkets Jace gifted to her throughout their short time together, and in some particularly lonely nights she sits down and reminisces the moments while holding the trinkets.
In her old age, Baela would dream more and more often of Jace. By this point she'd had forgotten his voice and eye color, but, as her death looms closer, she starts to remember him.
