The sunlight tickled Kanade's face as morning rolled around. Her eyes fluttered open. When did it become morning?
Now's my time to execute my plan. Kanade thought as she tried to get out of the bed, but the arms wrapped around her stopped her.
"Kanade..." Mafuyu mumbled in her sleep. Kanade felt terrible about leaving Mafuyu alone in their bed, but quickly placed a pillow in Mafuyu's arms and walked outside. Their two cats, Yuki and K, greeted Kanade with a loud meow.
"I know, I know, you need your breakfast." Kanade gave them their food, then walked to the kitchen.
"Let's see... We have all the ingredients for beef stew, I should also make a salad to go with that." Kanade said and started cooking, the delicious smell filling the house.
"What are you making?" Kanade jumped slightly when she felt Mafuyu hug her again. Kanade looked up and quickly kissed her.
"It's a secret, go play with the cats." Kanade smiled.
"Sure, but you still need to apologize for making me hug a pillow in my sleep." Mafuyu said as she walked to the living area. Kanade laughed and finished cooking. She placed all the foods on the table along with a cake. Mafuyu looked at the table and smiled when she saw the cake.
Happy 3rd Anniversary!
"Time flies, huh? Can't believe it's already 3 years married to you." Mafuyu chuckled.
"Not to mention 12 years since we knew each other. I love you, Mafuyu." Kanade smiled and sweetly pecked Mafuyu's lips.
"I love you too. Now, let's take a picture first." Mafuyu said, and Kanade looked at her confused.
"We need to send a picture to the non-married couple, right? Knock some sense into Ena so she can propose already."
Meanwhile, Ena and Mizuki were at their house watching a movie. Ena saw the text and tossed the phone away.
"God, the old couple is at it again."
"So, when are we getting married?"
"Shut up before I slap the hell out of you Mizuki."
