    An underground rebel group known as the Firelights is left unguided when their figurehead, Ekko, suffers an attack at the Bridge of Progress. As he recovers he names Scar, his second-in-command, the de factor leader. When Scar encounters a common foot soldier during an enforcer raid, the two find they are more alike than they initially thought.

    As Scar and Steb learn about each other, lines blur between their roles as enforcer and Firelight. The bridge attack marks a contentious time in Piltover’s history, and sets off a chain of events that leave both Vastaya questioning themselves, and their given roles in their respective cities.
