None of them were Magical themselves- or if they were, they were no longer. But still, they knew the truth. Magicals, they knew, walked the earth. And at the center of them, was a benevolent God, who forgave their sins, their despair, and ushered them to heaven. The salvation of Magicals. The Law Of Cycles.

Magical's were blessed. The avatar of Magical's was said to be a bunny- and though some claimed the bunny was the God's enemy, it was largely agreed upon that he was, in truth, the Gods messenger. With horns like a deer, it was said that those chosen could be granted any wish. A miracle from God, from that benevolent God! The details got mixed up, but that was what Amane's family worshiped: Jackalope, God's embassy. An ambassador of them.
That beautiful, benevolent god. They were surely real, Amane thought. Surely, surely.
Because here Jackalope was, answering her prayers.
