Summary
Los Angeles, 1978. After a blissful reunion on the beach, our pair of star-crossed miscreants absconds for another whirlwind escape in the privacy of a seaside hotel. Neil has been boosting some big targets and riding high on his recent successes. Meanwhile, back in Chicago, Vincent has been struggling to hold himself together.
