Summary
As a birthday gift, Colin Bridgerton makes arrangements for himself and his best friend, Penelope Featherington to be extras on a rom-com movie starring her favorite actors, Nicholas Newton and Lucy Coughlan. As their roles have them walking through an entire relationship – a meet-cute, a first kiss, an engagement, and more – fiction begins to blend with reality. Spending time with “best friends” Nick and Lucy give them a glimpse into a possible future.
