Work Text:
“Who’s winning?” Adrien asked, glancing at the board game on the table.
“Me!” three voices chorused, followed by a single scoff.
“You’re not winning, Grandma, you’re in last place!”
“Oh?” Marinette said, eyes sparkling. “Maybe I have a secret counterattack and I’m just waiting for the right moment.”
Adrien smiled. Their granddaughters weren’t yet old enough to realize Marinette always let them win. He rolled the stiffness from his shoulders as he bent down to her.
“Eww, they’re kissing again!”
Marinette only returned Adrien’s affection. He heard the girls shriek.
“Cover your eyes! They’re as bad as Mom and Dad!”
