“Forever is too long, isn't it?” Ajax mumbled as he put the flower crown on Diluc's head. There was a faint smile on his lips before Ajax fixed his gaze on his eyes. “Let's just enjoy the present.”
The wind blows softly, tousling the wild strands of Ajax's hair messy. The dandelion seeds blown by the wind somehow made his smile look far more calming, making Diluc couldn't help but smile too despite the implicit rejection he just received.
Or, Diluc should have known better when to stop when he loves.
