   Summary

   Six-year-old Bella lives in a squalid home, neglected by her drug-addicted parents, Renée and Phil. Her neighbor, Charlie, acts as a guardian, providing food and care. Bella moves in with Charlie, leaving behind her neglectful parents and their destructive lifestyle.
