   Summary

   Charles Xavier used to deal with pain similar to many a mortal man, drugs, crying and shutting it out. But now he's accepted that pain can make him stronger. But nothing can fix the pain that one man inflicted on him. Erik. There's not a day he doesn't remember 1962 on that godforsaken beach, where, despite all the fighting, everything stopped and he felt Erik hold him. Now, after leaving him once more, Erik appears in his life, in his school, and Charles doesn't know what to do, nor does he know how to forgive.
