Summary
Being queer in the first half of the 20th century was an isolating experience. As they said, “love was in the air,” but what if love was not what you were searching for? Alastor’s adult life was filled with other kinds of love; his work, family and hunting— regardless of which prey. And he had always poured his devotion into all he ever thought to want, to need. But that wasn’t what those around him saw as a complete life. So what was it like living as an aroace man?
