Summary
Peter has run in with an odd creature after his return to his universe. Now he is infected with a piece of it and it's claiming that Peter is Venom and Eddie's soulmate. All he wants to do is return the alien to Eddie before he has to start trying Venom's diet and forget this ever happened. Only problem he doesn't know what Eddie looks like and Venom isn't helping.
Eddie has noticed Venom's slight crush on spider-man. He just didn't realize how much his partner has liked spider-man. After a chance in counter with said hero, which results in Eddie accidentally losing Venom. Now he has to find spider-man, and the only clue he has is the name Peter Parker.
Venom is kinda having the time of their lives. Eddie is their host and mate which means that they have another mate somewhere. Someone who is the perfect host just like Eddie is. They really hope it's spider-man and this trip to the other universe finally gave them a name. Getting Eddie to meet spider-man resulted in Venom infecting spider-man which was Venom planned. Losing Eddie and being stuck in Peter's body wasn't the plan.
