   Summary

   Bringing the Romulans into the war and all that that entailed left Garak elated. Sisko hadn’t needed to ask, Garak had anticipated. He hadn’t felt this dangerous in years.

   When Julian comes to confront him about the bio-mimetic gel and a handful of loose suspicions, Garak is prepared.
