Gabriel knew this was a bad idea, horrible actually. But that doesn’t mean he didn’t do it. Sleeping with your teammate, your new teammate, probably isn’t the best bonding experience. So why was Gabriel sneaking out of Nico Hulkenburg’s hotel room at 7am? Because he’s an idiot who makes bad decisions. Except it wasn’t a bad decision, it was a great one that made Gabriel feel amazing. But he was running late and didn’t have time to think about that right now. The rookies were all meeting for breakfast before the first race weekend of the season, someplace that Jack insisted they had to try and made the best breakfast in town. Gabriel made it to his hotel room but after checking the time he realized he had no time. He changed into a clean shirt, and grabbed his phone and wallet before rushing out the door it wasn’t until he was in the elevator that he had a realization.
“Shit, everyone is going to know who I was with…” Gabriel said to himself, head falling back against the elevator. He didn’t notice until now, in an enclosed placed, that he smelt like Nico. His scent was mild like fresh linen while Nico smelt earthy, like dirt after a hard rain and musk. Their scent were very complementary but going to breakfast with the fellow rookies was not the time for his to be smelling like his teammates. If he focused hard enough he could smell the sex underneath as well, probably due to the fact that Gabriel hadn’t had the chance to shower and properly clean himself out yet. He was debating if it was worth heading back up to his hotel room when the doors open for the elevator. A glance at his phone showed how late he was and the others were all asking where he was. He realized he just needed to suck it up and hope that the others didn’t comment on it.

By the time Gabriel made it to the restaurant the others were all sitting down with drinks in front of them. Gabriel took a breath before sitting down, siding into the booth beside Jack and across from Ollie.
“Finally, was wondering if you were ever going to show up mate.” Jack said, knocking their shoulders against each other.
“Sorry, slept int this morning.”
“Yeah sure, slept in.” Isack joked.
“What’s that supposed to mean?” Gabriel snapped.
“Are you really trying to play dumb right now? We can all smell it on you Gabriel.” Liam said,
“Smell what?” Gabriel picked up a menu, trying to distract himself from this conversation.
“Sex.” Liam responded, reaching over Jack and taking them menu from Gabriel’s hands.
“Liam, what are you talking about?”
“Are you really just going to sit here and deny it?” Liam smirked.
“Gabriel, I’m a beta and even I can smell it on you.” Jack said.
“Can you all smell it?” Gabriel knew they would but was just hoping they would ignore it. He was a young, single omega. He was allowed to have a little fun.
“Hard not you. What did you just roll out of his bed and come here?” Liam laughed, the rest of the rookies sharing a knowing look between them.
“No, I changed my shirt…”
“Guys, let’s leave poor Gabriel alone. If he wants to sleep with his older, alpha teammate that’s none of our business.” Ollie said.
“Oliver.” Gabriel kicked him under the table.
“Damn, didn’t think we were going to mention that part.” Liam said.
“Sorry, should I not have mentioned that?” Ollie’s cheeks flushed red and he sunk down in his seat, leaning into Kimi. The other omega wrapping his arm around his friend.
“No because that’s not true.” Gabriel tried defending himself but knew it was pointless. They could all smell it, scent was hard to lie about.
“Gabriel, please. Don’t take us for fools. We can all smell that you were with him last night, so stop trying to deny it. If that’s what you do, then good for you. You’re both consenting adults.” Gabriel could kill Liam.
“Liam I’m going to kill you.”
“Cool it with the dramatics. No one here cares. I mean your manager is Fernando Alonso who clearly doesn’t have issues dating his young teammate so honestly not surprised about you and Nico.”
“You know about Lance and Fernando.”
“Everyone does. It’s not a great secret.” Kimi said from across the table.
“Look that doesn’t matter right now. As long as you and Nico both agreed and he didn’t pressure you into it, it doesn’t really matter. He didn’t pressure you did he?” Jack said, voice suddenly full of concern.
“NO.” Gabriel felt the need to defend his teammate from the others. Because Nico in no way pressure him, it was defiantly more Gabriel’s idea anyways.
“So are you going to tell us how he was? Because he looks like he knows how to fuck?” Liam asked, wiggling his eyebrows. Gabriel groaned, head falling to his against the table. He’s going to have to warn Nico that he fellow rookies know and knowing some of them and their teammates their night together wouldn’t be a secret for much longer. Gabriel was hoping it was more than one night together.
