    She was admitted almost three weeks ago, and maybe for about a week of that KJ spent asleep on the chair beside the bed. she was scared but she would never admit it , she was declining rapidly. She’d never seen her best friend like this and it scared her to the core.
    That’s where she was now, lying awake on the uncomfortable hospital chair with a sleeping Mac beside her KJ took that time to watch her her steady breathing and her fair skin looking a hell of a lot paler than she was used to her hair was starting to fall out in patchy clumps, it broke KJ’s great to see how upset it made Mac. KJ would do anything to rid her of all this.
