Summary
Isabelle Halestorm, born to a famed explorer and renowned cook, is a cartographer from a quaint fishing village located on the sandy shores of the Overworld living a happy life though without friends to speak of. However, things change when her father falls mysteriously and severely ill forcing Isabelle to leave her village in search of the mystical Golden Apple which can heal her father. She leaves her village to Miskatonic University in the city of Arkham in hopes of learning the location of such an item and of any backup plans that could save her father.
Soon forgetting her mission and enjoying her university life, Isabelle is killed by a trusted friend. She makes a deal with an animalistic entity by the name of An Reo to bring herself back to life to continue her mission as well as enact her revenge. An Reo only asks of her that she kill the coyote entity it’s been butting heads with for eons. Transformed into a beast of violence and instinct Isabelle charges into Arkham and is eventually exiled from the city. Her life continues to change when she meets an enigmatic woman, Ambrosia, that saves her from being mauled staying with her in her cabin with a Calico cat.
