After the Pyro Archon's glorious victory, the Dragonborns initially thought that they had no choice but to either kneel in submission or die in a blaze of resistance. How stunned they were, though, when the first human Archon extended his hand in a gesture of mercy and reconciliation. Some hissed, some did hold back. For the latter, they were able to do proper funerary rites for their fallen brethren.
