    AU Perpetua goes through a set of events(def not just plot no way) that line up with him being able to perfectly meet with Copia, who is only just Cardinal.
    Takes place with Rats on the road tour, was it Copia’s first tour? Yeah but shh.
    I’m also going under a HC that Perpetua also has the panda black eyes thing that Copia has.
